SPUB Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to SPUB (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform"). The Platform is a short video and image sharing community that provides content creation, sharing, and interaction services to users.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform. If you are under 13 years old, please do not use the Platform.

If you are a minor between 13 and 18 years old, you must use the Platform with the consent of your parent or guardian.

3. User Accounts

By posting content on the Platform, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, copy, modify, distribute, and display that content.

You are solely responsible for the content you post. You agree not to post:

• Material that infringes on others' intellectual property rights
• Defamatory, obscene, or offensive content
• Illegal, threatening, or harassing content
• False or misleading information

5. Advertising Revenue Sharing Program

The Platform provides an advertising revenue sharing program where eligible users can receive 40% of advertising revenue as a share.

Participation in the advertising revenue sharing program requires meeting specific conditions, including but not limited to:

• Normal account status
• Content compliance with platform policies
• Meeting minimum withdrawal thresholds

6. Platform Usage Rules

You agree not to:

• Interfere with or disrupt the security features of the Platform
• Use any automated system to access the Platform
• Attempt to obtain other users' account information
• Post spam or engage in phishing
• Engage in any illegal activities

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform and all its content, features, and services (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software) are the property of SPUB or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without our express written permission.

8. Disclaimer

The Platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties of any kind.

We do not warrant that:

• The Platform will meet your requirements
• The Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the Platform will be accurate or reliable

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SPUB and its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform.

10. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. The modified terms will take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Platform if you violate these Terms of Service.
